Hot Yoga Fundamentals

All Levels: Appropriate for new and seasoned yoga students alike. Room will be heated between 99-104 degrees. 


Class Description: Focus on the essential elements of yoga in this hot yoga fundamentals class. Students will work on breath control, alignment, basic postures, and connection between breath and movement. Expect to get a full body stretch and work on strength and endurance in poses.

Hot Yoga 

All Levels: Appropriate for students that have taken at least 5 yoga classes and feel comfortable moving through a basic chaturanga. Room will be heated between 99-104 degrees.

Class Description: Focus breath awareness linked to body movement in this hot yoga flow class. While proper alignment is focused on, students will spend more time moving from one posture to the next to find a balance between effort and ease of their practice. Expect to explore new and playful sequences as you work on breath control, strength, and flexibility.

Hot Power Hour

Level 1: Appropriate for beginners with no yoga experience. Students are encouraged to be able to hold a plank (knees on or off the ground) for at least 30 seconds before attending. Students will be able to do as much or as little as they want.

Class Description: Class will include a blend of meditation, body strengthening exercises, endurance based holds, and easy stretches. Find a variety of Hatha and vinyasa based sequences in each unique class.

Desert Sun Rise Yoga

All Levels: Appropriate for beginners with no yoga experience. Students are encouraged to be able to hold a plank (knees on or off the ground) for at least 30 seconds before attending. Students will be able to do as much or as little as they want.


Class Description: Class will include a gentle warm-up to help wake your body before a variety of strengthening exercises, endurance based holds, and easy stretches. Find a variety of Hatha and vinyasa based sequences in each unique class. The perfect way to rise and shine through-out your day.
