Absolutely not! You can choose to share or not, totally up to you
We DO ask that all microphones are on mute during class to avoid audio feedback problems
This is a throw back class to Kassi's time at Hot Yoga Tallahassee (now Rising Om Yoga). The first style of yoga that she taught!
Flow through a many basic yoga postures with the addition of 2-8 pound weights and isometric movements that will get your heart pumping and help you build strength and flexibility at the same time; while also calming your mind and heart!
HIIT & Stretch
Perfect for our aerial conditioning students that want to stay strong while we are off the hammock, or any student looking for a full body workout!
Students are led through a 10-15 minute warm up, followed by a 12 minute high intensity interval training workout, and end with a 20 minute flexibility sequence.

We slow down in this class. We hold gentle postures for extended periods and explore gentle movements and flows. This helps activate your parasympathetic nervous system, leaving you feeling relaxed in your mind and body.
Kassi's Personal Practice
Best for students that have some experience with yoga. Kassi will give you a peak into her own yoga practice. Students will still be guided through alignment and breath awareness, but with minimal cues and visual check-ins.
