Restorative Aerial Yoga 

Level 1: Appropriate for beginners with no aerial or yoga experience. No prerequisites. 

Class Description: Students will use the aerial hammock as an assistant for them to explore gentle stretches. There will be an emphasis on breath work, restorative postures, and basic inversions.

Aerial Yoga 
*Our staple class! Most recommended for first timers

Level 1: Appropriate for beginners with no aerial or yoga experience. Prerequisites, be able to hold a plank for 30 seconds.

 

Class Description: Students will use the aerial yoga hammock throughout the class. Expect a blend of meditation, stretching, strength conditioning, basic inversions, and maybe even some basic aerial tricks! No person is left behind!
